1. Postage and packaging is based on shipping to any address in the UK. For overseas rates please contact sales@alexfurn.co.uk or contact us on 00 44 7786 961201.
2. When paying by personal cheque, goods will be dispatched upon clearance of the cheque. This may take up to 7 days.
3. All items are individually inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item proves to have faults, we will be happy to refund to you the cost of the goods including postage and packaging.
4. Except for sale items (see SPECIALS SECTION) you may return an unfaulty item within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund, excluding postage and packaging. Please contact us before returning any goods. Any goods returned must be of the same condition in which they were sent. That means no smoke smells, pet hairs and tags intact. The items have to be unworn and unwashed, otherwise they will not be accepted as returns. Bare in mind that it is your responsibility to make sure that returned items reach us safely and that you have taken the appropriate insurance.
5. All initial postage costs given include insurance. This covers loss and damage during transit. If the parcel gets lost or is damaged we will provide you with the proof of posting and you will claim the loss yourself up to the value specified.
