2. All items are individually inspected prior to shipping

3. Except for items that are in the SPECIALS SECTION (sale items) you can return any item of jewellery within 14 days and receive a full refund, minus delivery costs. Please contact us before returning any items. Returned goods are expected to be in the same condition as when they were delivered, that is free from smoke, perfume, hair and with price tags intact. The goods may not have been in use in order to be accepted as returns. Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods return to us safely and intact. We recommend that you take out insurance

4. We will ship orders outside of the EC as gifts and without documents. We cannot be held responsible for customs fees, should your parcel be inspected. It is our experience that this rarely happens. Should you return the item, we offer a full refund, less delivery costs
